Welcome to Quantix Intelligence. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our bespoke autonomous systems, platforms (such as Clinq AI), APIs, and the website located at getquantix.com.
By initializing contact, logging into our platforms, or utilizing our infrastructure, you agree to be bound by these foundational rules of engagement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access our systems.
1. Ecosystem Usage & License
Quantix grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access our proprietary software and AI architectures specifically engineered for your business operations.
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our Neural Core or platforms.
- You may not resell, lease, or sub-license our systems to third parties without an explicit Bespoke Engineering agreement.
- You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your designated access credentials.
2. Operational Data and Artificial Intelligence
Our autonomous systems require access to your operational data to function. You retain full ownership of your data. By utilizing Quantix, you grant us permission to process, host, and analyze this telemetry strictly to execute the services requested and to optimize the AI models assigned to your infrastructure.
3. Service Availability and Scalability
We architect our systems for infinite velocity and scale. However, Quantix Intelligence does not guarantee absolute, uninterrupted, or completely error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, emergency security patches, or acts of God may cause temporary service suspension. We hold no liability for operational delays caused by such interruptions.
4. Intellectual Property Architecture
All source code, algorithms, interface designs, brands, and architectural frameworks comprising Quantix Intelligence, Clinq AI, and our custom solutions are the exclusive intellectual property of Quantix. Access to our service does not constitute a transfer of our intellectual property.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Quantix Intelligence, its directors, engineers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or operational continuity, arising out of your use or inability to use our autonomous systems.
6. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Quantix ecosystem immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, attempt to compromise our security framework, or fail to fulfill financial obligations outlined in your specific enterprise agreement.
7. Governing Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising under this framework shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka.
