Welcome to Quantix. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Quantix website, the Quantix clinic management software, and any related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by us.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Service Description

Quantix is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform designed for doctors and clinics to automate OPD operations. Key features include WhatsApp-based appointment booking, live token display systems, and queue management analytics. We provide the tools to manage your practice, but we do not provide medical services ourselves.

2. Accounts and Registration

To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you must not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
• Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.
• Attempt to bypass or break any security mechanism on any of the Services.
• Send unsolicited spam messages via the WhatsApp integration features.

4. Payment and Subscription

Certain aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee or other charge. If you elect to use paid aspects of the Service, you agree to the pricing and payment terms as we may update them from time to time. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

Quantix is a technology tool, not a medical device or service.

We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the medical care of your patients. In no event shall Quantix, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

6. Data Ownership

You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the data you input into the Service ("Client Data"). You grant Quantix a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, transmit, sub-license, index, store, and display Client Data solely to the extent necessary to provide the Service to you.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service up and running; however, all online services suffer occasional disruptions and outages. Quantix is not liable for any disruption or loss you may suffer as a result.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
